In conjunction with the Blessing of the Animals worship service on Sunday, August 10, 2025, we are gathering pet food for the Lowell Humane Society’s Pet Food Pantry. The Lowell Humane Society believes in maintaining the bond between people and pets for the life of the pet. One of the ways they help fulfill this commitment is by providing pet food, free of charge, to those in need. If you are able, donations of all types of non-perishable pet food, in sealed packages, will be collected from now until the Blessing of the Animals event. Pet Food donation Collection Boxes will be available at the event as well as in the Education Building lobby and Vestry, beginning July 6th. All types of non-perishable dog and cat food, including wet and dry options, as well as bird and small animal food, are welcome.
