Neighbors, friends, families, and animal lovers are warmly invited to our outdoor Blessing of the Animals. This special gathering is a time to give thanks for the pets and animals who bring companionship, comfort, and joy into our lives.
All pets are welcome. For everyone’s safety, please bring animals on a leash, in a carrier, or safely contained. You may also bring a photo of a pet who cannot attend or a beloved pet you would like to remember.
During the event, pets will receive an individual blessing as we celebrate the bond between people, animals, and God’s creation. This is a family-friendly community event, and all are welcome whether or not you are a member of the church.
We are also glad to partner and to support Lowell Humane Society Pet and Food Pantry and their important work caring for animals in our wider community. You are invited to bring pet food for cats, dogs, and small animals; clean towels, sheets, blankets; newspapers(clean and dry); and donations that always make a difference.
