playing games – all while you shop!!
 Our Professional craft vendors will be offering a great selection of gifts this year!
We will have beautiful hand-made gifts, jewelry and much more!
 Stop by our breakfast bistro for a hot cup of gourmet coffee & homemade treats.
 Take a break at our luncheon featuring hot, homemade lunch.
 As always, we’ll have hand made Candies, Breads & Treats, Crafts and White Elephant bargains!
Craft Donations – To make the Craft Table attractive, we need variety! Many of you make things to
decorate your home, and useful items to make life easier. What can YOU create for our fair? If 10
people make just one or two “things”, it would be great. Please put a price on your donation – only you
know what it cost to make. Of course, your time is priceless.
Food Donations – Donations for the food table can be delivered to the church the week of the fair. The church
will be open on Wed Dec 4th 9-1pm or 7-8:30pm, Thurs Dec. 5th 5-8:30pm, Friday Dec. 6th 9-2pm or
Saturday Dec 7th between 8 and 9 am..
We Need Your Donations!
Candy Donations – Make your favorite candy recipe and deliver it to the church by Thursday, November
29th. We will again have a Tuesday evening of candy making at the church, on November 19th at 7:00 PM.
Donations of chocolate (semi sweet or milk chocolate chips, nuts (walnuts, pecans) and sugar are also
appreciated! Details to follow
(Christmas Fair, continued)
Fair Food Table
We need your baked treats for our food table! Do you have a special quick bread, cookie, snack, cupcake, or squares that you or your family enjoys during the holidays? Trail and snack mixes are also welcome! We need contributions from every family in the church! If you have a recipe that you like to make with your children, spend an afternoon baking it together and freeze it for the fair. We would love a large selection of baked treats to sell. Your support is greatly appreciated!
Jewelry Table – We need your donations! Please deliver to the church office or to Carolyn Higgins by Saturday, November 30th.
Church Conference Endorses Sarah Laflamme as a Candidate for Ordained Ministry
On Monday, October 21 our Special Church Conference voted to endorse Sarah Laflamme as a Candidate for Ordained Ministry. This step moves Sarah along on the path toward ordination as a deacon in the New England Annual Conference. We rejoice in affirming Sarah as she responds to God’s call to ordained ministry.
Plant Table – We need help filling the plant table. Please donate live plants! Please contact Heidi Vaughan if you have plants to drop off.
Set-up this year will be split over 2 days to allow more people to participate! 1st setup is Thursday evening Nov. 30th from 5-7 pm (Upstairs). 2nd set-up is Friday morning December 1 from 9 am – noon (Downstairs).
